Color Pulse Part 2
July 13th 2007 00:32
Same pic, I know, but they are REALLY hard to find.
Probably the best Color Pulse experience yet for me would be Copper Blast. It's orange-red in blonde hair, works well, but fades quickly. As with the other colours of the mousse, it's easy enough to apply evenly and usable multiple times, its most attractive feature for someone with short hair. I really liked this one, and it's worth the price. Sadly it only stayed in about a week. After that my hair just had a tinge to it.
The espresso shot was a nice one. Dark brown, I liked how it turned out. The coloration lasted three weeks and only really faded last week. Unlike some of the other colours, it was definitely strong enough. Sadly, once it fades, it's poof, it's gone.
Which means my hair is blonde again. *Sigh*

Does Colour Pulse make your hair dry? After getting my hair bleached at the hair salon, I've decided never to get my hair coloured there again and to just use the ones you get from the supermarkets. The only problem is that they don't seem to work on me. I have jet-black hair.

I pulled a stunt for grad where I did 3 colours, and that made my hair a bit dry, but otherwise Color Pulse has never damaged my hair at all. Temporaries don't... but you use them more often so they'll actually work.
