Drink half your weight in water (in ounces) daily. If you weigh 100 pounds, you should be getting 50 ounces of water a day.
Lack of exercise could cause constipation
Most Americans don't get anywhere near the amount of exercise they need. Waste passes through the body quicker when you are exercise because you are stimulating the body and forcing more blood throughout your body. Runners typically don't get constipated.
