These are the most disgusting combinations of Juices I have seen so far. But they help tackle the most difficult obstacles we might have to looking spunky.
Try them out. I dare ya.
1 Carrot
1 Stick Celery
1 Beetroot with Leaves
1/2 Cup Watercress Leaves
2 Dandelion Leaves
1/4cm Fresh Ginger Root
1 Clove of Garlic
3cm Fresh Pineapple
It's pretty gross, but think of it as medication.
1 cup Alfalfa Sprouts
2 Cabbage Leaves or Brussel Sprouts
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 Carrot
1 Medium Beetroot and tops
1/2 Clove garlic
This one's even more gross. Add some watermelon if you want to sweeten it. As said before, just pour it down and swallow, it does you a world of goodness.
This is my favourite, a FART juice....
100g Chopped Cabbage or Brussel Sprouts
1 Red Radish
1 cup Chopped fennel
1/3 cup Coriander leaves, chopped
1 Apple
1 Pear
Add a clove of garlic if you're up for it. Dilute it with water if you can't take it. But it'll save you alot of embarrassing moments in the lift.

They're really good for cleansing your liver, which is the main reason we get acne.
They're super duper good for you, so it's worth getting a bunch to munch on.
Dunno if it's just me, but I get a sadistic sort of pleasure from torturing myself for health and beauty purposes.
