Health....it ain't what your doctor ordered...some alternatives

In this blog, I intend to write about all things health. This includes most of the "alternative" health treatments out there and will showcase home remedies as well as homeopathy, herbalogist remedies,acupuncture and all the other things deemed "kooky" by established medicine. In addition to this, expect "greener" living ideas for health and fitness and wellness tips as well.

I am more concerned with the reasons why something happens because I believe

I expect you, my audience to help debunk the myths associated with some of the health alternatives.
