Multi-Purpose Spray - the Neroli Water

August 15th 2006 05:09
Perfect Potion - Neroli Water

A friend of mine recently presented me with a bottle fresh spritzy neroli water from Perfect Potion. The stuff is basically distilled orange blossom water and is a fragrant ingredient found in many beauty products. It is not until I had accumulated enough idle time at the office before I had discovered how useful this stuff really is.

1. Mid-Afternoon Wake-me-up

Spraying yourself in the face with this refreshing scent is the perfect mid-afternoon wake-me-up. It's better than pouring caffeine into your system all day, at least. A few spritzes refreshes your face and lightly moisturizes your skin. You can even pull off the spray motion in style with a quick sweeping movement sideways and a flick of the hair. It's not recommended to leave your mouth open during the manoeuvre

2. Insect Repellent

Best used by those who tend to dwell in places, unkept carpets, and bare legs. The neroli water can be used as a powerful deterrent to ease the itching from microscopic creepy crawlies.

3. Desk Cleaner

During lunch time pig-outs at one's desk, the neroli water acts as an astrigent grease remover for those whose asses prefer to stay in their swivel chairs. It leaves your desk smelling freshly fragrant, like the first bloom of spring, in the gentle mist of morning dew.

4. Hand Moisturizer
Especially useful after visiting the loo and coming back after viciously scrubbed hands from harsh public soap. A few sprays on the hand removes the horrid flaky feeling without leaving a sticky residue, at the same time leaving your hands smelling like the first bloom of spring, in the gentle mist of morning dew.

5. Refreshing flavour enhancer

When working for a scrouge of a corporation where only tap water and expired coffee are supplied as refreshments, a few spritzes of the neroli in one's drinking water is good for health and cures boredom.

6. Breath Freshener

A last minute resort when rushing to work in the morning while recovering from hangover. When facing the prospect of liasing with collegues with foul overnight breath, a discreet spray in the mouth with the neroli water leaves one's breath refreshing like the first bloom of spring, in the gentle mist of morning dew

Anyone who tells you it smells like car freshener can effectively be taken down with a hole puncher launched in projectile motion

I completely disagree with this not smelling like Car Freshener, I have recently bought a bottle of Armourall and I would have to say they smell completely the same.
